Creative Producer

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of user‑acquisition (UA) video ads on TikTok for multiple social‑discovery products. The role is fully remote and works closely with performance‑marketing, design, and AI teams to translate data‑driven ideas into high‑performing creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the complete creative production workflow for TikTok UA ads, from brief creation to final asset delivery.
• Convert performance data and market insights into clear, actionable briefs that guide freelancers and external agencies.
• Provide constructive feedback, backed by reasoning and references, to ensure creative alignment with performance goals.
• Collaborate with UA managers to define hypotheses, testing plans, and performance targets.
• Work with designers, video editors, and AI specialists to produce assets at scale and maintain rapid iteration cycles.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines and share them with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production, preferably focused on TikTok.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑performing UA creatives with significant spend.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics such as conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS and how creative influences them.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok advertising platform.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven creative tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, and Kling.
• Knowledge of classic production pipelines for user‑generated content (UGC) and AI‑UGC.
