Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Creative Producer to lead performance‑marketing creative production for user‑acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end creative production process for UA ads (from brief to final assets) for multiple products.
• Translate data‑backed ideas into clear briefs, provide precise feedback and explain the rationale behind changes.
• Contribute to creative strategy using market analysis tools and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of creative best practices and give freelancers and agencies clear guidelines.
• Partner with UA teams to turn performance needs into briefs, hypotheses and testing plans.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and AI teams to deliver assets efficiently and at scale.
• Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders to ensure smooth production and rapid iteration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production.
• Portfolio of high‑performing creatives with significant UA spend.
• Proficiency with AI tools for creative production (Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, Kling).
• Understanding of classic production pipelines for UGC and AI‑UGC content.
• Solid grasp of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
