Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Creative Strategist to join our high‑intensity growth team. Working directly with the founder, you will own the end‑to‑end process of creating, testing, and scaling direct‑response ads for our premium natural‑fabric apparel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate and script high‑retention video briefs and static concepts based on customer psychology and product benefits.
• Analyze daily ad performance metrics (thumb‑stop rates, hold rates, CTR, CPA) to deconstruct winning creative and identify under‑performing assets.
• Coordinate UGC creators, edit rapid iterations, and produce modular creative assets designed for scale.
• Build and maintain a roster of reliable creators, briefing them regularly on new concepts.
• Participate in creative analysis and scaling decisions, learning how creative strategy drives ad‑account efficiency.
• Assist on video shoots and ensure produced content is ready for paid‑media deployment.

Required profile

• Ambitious individuals aiming to master direct‑response creative, either to launch their own DTC brand or to build a seven‑figure portfolio.
• Strong intuition for short‑form video (TikTok, Reels) and an obsessive work ethic, willing to put in extra hours when needed.
• Data‑informed mindset: treats ads as revenue engines that must be measured, tested, and iterated.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok paid‑media platforms.
• Ability to analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR and CPA.
• Experience coordinating user‑generated content creators and editing quick‑turn video assets.
