Creator & Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Creator & Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our creator ecosystem for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand. You will own the end‑to‑end creator program, from recruitment to community engagement, ensuring strong partnerships that drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a creator platform of 500+ creators, handling daily communication and community relationships.
• Build, launch, and scale the TikTok Shop creator program from the creator side.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with creators to sustain ongoing participation.
• Identify and activate new creator and partnership channels.
• Oversee creator pipelines, campaign execution, and overall program operations.
• Maintain an active creator community and implement processes to improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand growth through creator initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience managing a pipeline of 250–500+ creators for a large DTC brand.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop creator programs.
• Background with a DTC brand generating $20M–$30M+ in annual revenue is preferred.
• Proven track record in creator program and partnership management.
• Comfortable with daily creator communication and community building.
• Strong relationship‑building and proactive attitude.
