CRM Sales and Service Functional Consultant

About the role

You will join Bosch Power Tools to support the implementation and ongoing operation of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) across global business units. The role combines training, end‑user support, testing and close collaboration with technical teams to ensure a smooth digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete training on SAP Sales and Service Cloud and support the Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts and the C4C team.
• Provide end‑user support for Sales and Service modules across countries and regions.
• Communicate with various departments to support the implementation of the Sales and Service Cloud.
• Create, maintain and improve SAP C4C training documentation and deliver trainings.
• Support testing activities including user department testing, regression, UAT and integration testing.
• Co‑operate with the technical department on technical requirements, bug fixing and documentation.
• Manage manual and automated data imports, perform data quality checks and document processes.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics) with an IT focus.
• Minimum 3 years experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solutions and proven CRM implementation experience.
• Hands‑on experience in support processes and strong presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.
