Customer Support (m/f/d) Danish & English

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support professional who can communicate fluently in Danish and English. The position is fully remote and offered on a freelance basis, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing top‑level assistance to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Identify customer needs and present the appropriate product range.
• Provide clear information on contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation procedures.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Danish.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Confident, professional phone presence with a target‑driven, friendly attitude.
