Cyber Security Compliance Lead

About the role

ADI Global is looking for a Cyber Security Compliance Lead to ensure its products are secure and meet all relevant regulations throughout design, production and maintenance. The role drives a “secure‑by‑design” mindset across R&D and coordinates compliance activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assess product security controls against frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, IEC and the Cyber Resilience Act.
• Manage product vulnerability programs, coordinate penetration tests and oversee remediation with engineering teams.
• Develop, implement and enforce product security policies, procedures and white‑papers.
• Monitor, interpret and apply regulations including CRA, RED, GDPR, CCPA, NIST RMF and ISO 27K.
• Conduct security audits, risk and vulnerability assessments to validate compliance.
• Analyze supply‑chain components for safety and security requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, marketing and communications to handle security incident disclosures.
• Stay current on IoT security trends, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong passion for product security and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and resolve conflicts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, IEC security frameworks.
• Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Familiarity with Cyber Resilience Act, RED, GDPR, CCPA, NIST RMF, ISO 27K.
• Conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Supply‑chain security analysis.
