Data Scientist – AI Core Team (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our AI Core team, part of the Core Grid Application division, working on the Grid AI Assistant project within ADMS software. You will help design, develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models that enhance our product’s functionality for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to testing and verification.
• Collect, preprocess and analyse large datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for AI models.
• Integrate AI models into the ADMS platform and improve the safety net of team functionalities.
• Identify and propose improvements in software processes and overall system performance.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of machine‑learning algorithms and practical applications.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data engineering, pipeline design, preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Track record of contributing to complex projects and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, accuracy and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English communication.
