Data Scientist II (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist II to develop and deploy analytics, machine‑learning and AI solutions that address business challenges and generate measurable value. The role is based in Belgrade with a hybrid work model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operationalise analytics, machine‑learning and AI models to improve operational performance and support decision‑making.
• Analyse large, complex data sets to uncover trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain business metrics, KPIs, dashboards and analytical data products for stakeholders.
• Develop and optimise analytical datasets, data models and reporting solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and reliability across all analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning and optimisation methods to real‑world business problems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
