DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale the AWS cloud infrastructure that powers Flow Studio, an AI‑driven VFX platform. You will work in a hybrid model from the Novi Sad office, collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable, automated, and secure software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Datadog or comparable tools.
• Ensure security best practices, networking, and compliance across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues and improve system reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise with AWS services and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
