Digital Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Growth Manager who goes beyond monitoring campaigns and reporting numbers. The ideal candidate is curious about why users click, convert, or abandon, and can turn data, behaviour, and creative ideas into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign results, user behaviour, conversions, acquisition costs and other KPIs, turning them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Look beyond dashboards to understand drivers of performance and define next steps.
• Continuously test audiences, messaging, budgets, formats, CTAs, landing pages and creative concepts, investigating both successes and failures.
• Improve tracking and data integration to build a clearer view of the entire user journey.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and new digital practices to identify learnings and testing opportunities.
• Proactively spot growth opportunities without waiting for detailed briefs.
• Translate insights into briefs and collaborate with designers, social media and other teams on growth‑focused campaigns.
• Leverage AI, analytics and automation tools to streamline repetitive analysis, reporting and research.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition and growth, comfortable working with data, metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the ability to map the full user journey from first interaction to conversion.
• Ability to support recommendations with data while embracing curiosity, creativity and constant experimentation.
• Proactive ownership, questioning mindset and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Formal seniority is less important than analytical thinking and execution capability.
