Digital Marketing Consulting Intern

About the role

As a member of Bosch Power Tools’ Digital Marketing Solutions team, you will support global marketing CRM initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in project management and functional consulting. The internship offers exposure to a worldwide marketing‑technology environment, focusing on digital campaigns, data‑driven analysis and SAP Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing CRM team in planning, executing, testing and monitoring multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Create customer segments, reports, dashboards and performance analyses to support data‑driven decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support system enhancements.
• Contribute to the development, testing and documentation of SAP Marketing Cloud processes and training materials.
• Prepare project artefacts such: presentations, JIRA tickets, meeting minutes, status reports and workshop materials.
• Track project requirements, timelines, deliverables and vendor follow‑ups, and coordinate project meetings.
• Support proof‑of‑concept activities, testing coordination, bug tracking and documentation of outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical mindset and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a global, virtual team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using JIRA for task tracking.
