Digitalization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Digitalization Specialist to join our Third‑Party Cyber Risk Management team. You will drive software development and optimisation of digitalised TPRM processes through web applications, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain small‑scale software solutions, including customisations and system administration tasks.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for web‑application development.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with outsourced developers, QA testers, UX specialists and data‑visualisation experts.
• Oversee testing, validation and quality‑assurance activities.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and propose new capabilities.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, technical specs and implementation processes.
• Monitor project timelines, progress and scope to keep initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web software development (frontend JavaScript frameworks, backend Python, relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, QA testing and project management.
• Familiarity with web‑application infrastructure, cloud hosting options and API integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Interest in information security, cyber‑risk and digitalisation projects.
