E-commerce Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven E‑commerce Marketing Specialist to own the marketing engine for our Say It With A Condom Shopify store. The goal is to drive rapid revenue growth—ideally 10× in the first year—while regaining the #1 Google ranking and expanding into health‑related and corporate buyer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing for the Say It With A Condom Shopify store.
• Run SEO (including programmatic SEO) to regain top Google rankings.
• Plan and execute outbound email campaigns to health organizations, HIV groups, and college campuses.
• Build a marketing calendar around key dates (Pride, National HIV Testing Day, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, etc.) and launch related campaigns.
• Brief the creative director on new condom designs using AI tools.
• List new products on Shopify and manage day‑to‑day store operations.
• Manage relationships with external contractors (PPC, SEO, PR).
• Identify and add complementary products such as harm‑reduction supplies and safer‑sex kits.
• Seek PR and media angles and pitch opportunities when news cycles arise.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on e‑commerce marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong SEO expertise with a track record of top Google rankings.
• Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate output.
• Ability to market sexual‑health products and engage LGBT and health‑focused audiences.
• Deep understanding of the target ICP (health organizations, HIV groups, colleges, corporate/event buyers).
