Employer Branding Supervisor

About the role

The Employer Branding Supervisor is responsible for shaping and protecting the company’s public image. Working closely with internal teams and external government bodies, the role ensures consistent, professional communication across all channels, especially social media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve the company’s reputation and employer brand.
• Manage and regularly update all corporate social media accounts with engaging, professional content.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee consistent messaging and visual branding.
• Monitor current events and trends to keep communications relevant and appropriate.
• Maintain a professional network with Serbian government institutions, facilitating work‑permit processes for foreign staff.
• Perform additional administrative tasks required by the operations department.

Required profile

• University degree in Social Sciences, International Public Relations, Law or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Serbia’s political and social environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
