English-Speaking Support Associate – Full-time Remote

About the role

Wolt is looking for English‑speaking Support Associates to join its global Shared Service Center. The position is full‑time, remote, and involves assisting customers, couriers and merchants across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer, courier and merchant inquiries via live chat, phone and email.
• Resolve escalations, operational issues and time‑sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
• Support multiple Wolt markets, adapting to different ticket flows and queue needs.
• Maintain a high‑quality experience using empathy, clear communication and Wolt’s tone of voice.
• Follow internal processes, policies, playbooks and escalation paths.
• Use multiple support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases and operational tools simultaneously.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new processes, market changes and training materials.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and patience.
• Kindness, empathy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex, fast‑paced tasks and multitask under pressure.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (C1 level).
• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
• Comfortable with new apps and systems, adapting quickly to changes.

Required skills

• Experience with multi‑channel support ticketing systems.
