English‑Speaking Support Associate – Part‑Time Remote

About the role

Wolt is looking for an English‑speaking Support Associate to join its remote team on a part‑time basis. You will help customers, couriers and merchants across multiple markets, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer, courier and merchant inquiries via live chat, phone and email.
• Resolve escalations, operational issues and time‑sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
• Support multiple Wolt markets, adapting to different ticket flows and queue needs.
• Maintain high‑quality interactions using empathy, clear communication and Wolt’s tone of voice.
• Follow internal processes, policies, playbooks, refund and escalation guidelines.
• Use several support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases and operational tools simultaneously.
• Stay updated on new processes, market changes and training materials.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable handling stressful situations and making quick decisions.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (C1 level).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Adaptable to new apps and systems.
