Enterprise Architect – Data

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Data is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, owning the architectural direction for enterprise data assets, data platforms, and information management capabilities across Coca-Cola HBC. This role spans the full breadth of the enterprise data landscape, encompassing data strategy, governance, master data management, quality, metadata, integration, platforms, reporting foundations, and information architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Architecture vision and strategy, defining target‑state architectures, reference models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Define, communicate, and enforce enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks in partnership with Data Governance teams.
• Establish architectural standards for enterprise data platforms and integration, govern data movement, and ensure scalable, secure, reliable access while reducing duplication and technical debt.
• Align data investments with business strategy, drive standardisation and simplification across the data landscape, and support regulatory, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large, complex organisations with extensive data‑architecture design and governance responsibilities.
• Strong executive‑level influence and stakeholder‑management skills, able to translate complex architecture concepts into business terms.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management practices, including data governance, master data management, data quality, metadata, information architecture, data modelling, security, privacy, warehousing and lakehouse concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/BW4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance.
• Familiarity with TOGAF (principles, target states, roadmaps, governance) and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
