Entry-Level IP Administration Analyst – Patent Team

About the role

We are looking for an IP Admin Analyst to join our IP Operations team in Belgrade. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on patent applications, registrations, recordals and renewals while learning from experienced paralegals and senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Support patent‑related projects and provide operational backup to clients and supervisors.
• Assist paralegals and patent attorneys in prosecuting patent applications and registrations with local and international IP offices, directly or via outside counsel.
• Gather and supply outside counsel with necessary information and documentation for patent prosecution and maintenance.
• Create summaries and status reports of patent matters for clients.
• Stay updated on procedural changes and evolving regulations in international IP legislation.
• Issue invoices and review outside counsel invoices for accuracy.

Required profile

• Proficient knowledge of English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant IP field (preferred).
• Paralegal qualification, IP training or certificates are a plus.
• Customer‑care or client‑facing experience is advantageous.
