Facility Management Engineer

About the role

As a Facility Management Engineer at Bosch Group, you will ensure optimal use of workspace, resources and technical systems across the office and related facilities. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a safe, efficient and comfortable environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and reorganise workspace to maximise space utilisation and control costs.
• Coordinate with contract companies for ongoing maintenance of office infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical installations, video surveillance, alarm systems, HVAC, heating and parking facilities.
• Manage booking systems for workplaces, parking spaces and meeting rooms.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met throughout business premises.
• Maintain ventilation system and grease separator in the canteen.
• Announce and approve works during and outside working hours, liaising with building security and maintenance contractors.
• Inventory office and warehouse keys, alarm codes and related documentation.
• Supervise contractor activities and control work quality.
• Coordinate maintenance of the Bosch advertising sign on the roof.
• Manage vehicle fleet logistics.
• Support local management on security issues and implement security measures derived from the site security framework (NITRO).
• Implement and report on technical security systems, conduct safety training and coordinate external security providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in facility management.
• Proven project‑management expertise.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of security topics and risk assessment is a plus.
