Finance Analyst – CFP&A Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the CFP&A Operations team in Belgrade. The role focuses on Global Real Estate (GRE) and PC chargeback allocations, ensuring data quality and supporting financial planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for GRE and PC allocations, preparing monthly GRE allocations and managing preliminary vouchers and quarter‑end true‑ups.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, conduct ad‑hoc variance analysis, and take corrective actions against the annual GRE plan.
• Own the monthly PC chargeback allocation, collaborate with IT for purchase and utilization data, and track yearly PC purchases by department.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly reporting templates, consolidate results, and provide commentary.
• Partner with the financial planning community to produce concise variance analysis against forecasts, the annual plan and prior‑year results.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L flow and basic accounting concepts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hyperion Essbase.
• Power Query.
• Anaplan (preferred).
• Data Lake concepts (preferred).
