Finance Analyst – FP&A

About the role

The Finance Analyst – FP&A will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive business performance. Working closely with senior FP&A team members, you will ensure accurate financial data and provide insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key drivers.
• Monitor KPI metrics and help build dashboards and scorecards.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial research and analysis for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting and other finance teams to align reporting with actual results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in finance or financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
