Finance Operations Specialist (German Language)

About the role

As a Finance Operations Specialist focusing on German‑speaking markets, you will ensure smooth and reliable finance processes for our entities in Germany and Austria while supporting broader international finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices, allocate costs and manage employee and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate accounting, general administration and tax/legal documentation for Germany and Austria.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, including accrual preparation, financial‑statement review and reporting.
• Act as the primary finance contact for external accounting partners and liaise with Group Accounting.
• Coordinate Group Accounting requirements across Serbia, France, Vietnam and other locations.
• Assist with consolidation activities: monthly reporting, inter‑company reconciliations, IC accruals and IFRS 16 implementation.
• Support transfer‑pricing and treasury tasks, including documentation and related processes.
• Provide backup for key finance processes within the Serbian entity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance or accounting operations.
• Fluency in German to handle German‑language finance matters.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, transfer pricing and inter‑company accounting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners across multiple countries.
