Financial Controller – Controlling Shared Services Hub

About the role

Join the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade and become a key player in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations. You will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help raise reporting and controlling standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve standardized reporting processes and provide financial analysis.
• Identify improvement areas and implement additional measures as needed.
• Support cost‑control and optimization initiatives.
• Participate in financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with senior staff to identify financial risks and opportunities and provide decision support.
• Produce regular KPI reports and other required financial topics.
• Create specific reports (e.g., open items, ledger reconciliation), analyse differences and prepare files according to templates.
• Conduct target‑actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad‑hoc evaluations.
• Interact with organizational counterparts to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant process area, preferably in an international or automotive shared‑service environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Problem‑identification and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
