Financial Controller – Holding and Service Entities

About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee controlling activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for Holding and Holding Service entities. Working closely with Group Finance, local finance teams, and external partners, the role strengthens internal reporting processes and supports continuous improvement of finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end closing and prepare monthly management reports for the assigned entities.
• Prepare P&L budgets, quarterly forecasts and analyse variances.
• Produce monthly cash‑flow projections.
• Liaise with auditors, prepare supporting documentation and ensure timely audit reporting.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax and external consultants.
• Establish and monitor internal reporting processes and compliance.
• Ensure consistent application of group accounting policies and review unusual items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date statutory filings and reconcile them with group reporting.
• Keep finance processes, RACI matrices and financial systems efficient.

Required profile

• Proven experience in month‑end closing, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and audit coordination.
• Ability to work with group accounting policies and ensure compliance.
• Experience collaborating with internal finance teams and external consultants.
• Attention to detail for variance analysis and exceptional items.
