Financial Director

About the role

We are the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, helping businesses buy leads with full transparency. We are looking for a Financial Director to own the full finance function for our US operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and decision‑ready numbers as we scale toward IPO readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own company‑wide financial management for US operations, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting.
• Manage cash flow, runway, and payment calendar to keep the business stable and scalable.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth decisions.
• Partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Drive IPO/pre‑IPO readiness by improving reporting quality, controls, and financial discipline.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate investments, expansion plans, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years in senior finance roles (Finance Director, Head of Finance, or CFO‑level scope).
• Hands‑on expertise with US finance, accounting, tax, and regulatory basics.
• Proven experience supporting IPO or pre‑IPO processes.
• Background in fast‑growing IT or startup environments.
• Upper‑Intermediate English for daily communication with US partners.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, and finance workflows.
