Foreign Trade Internship in Belgrade

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Global Services team in Belgrade as a Foreign Trade Intern. You will support customs and trade operations, working closely with colleagues in Belgrade and Budapest to ensure smooth import processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming requests from customs brokers and manage mailbox updates.
• Verify import documentation, focusing on Bosch material numbers, customs text, and entry dates in the SAP/GTS system.
• Coordinate missing data by contacting Bosch business units, sending reminders, and tracking deadlines.
• Provide timely feedback and status updates to customs brokers.
• Record and monitor each case in KPI tracking spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, reliable and customer‑oriented.
• Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP GTS for customs classification.
