Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Produce, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Monitor digital‑marketing and AI‑tool trends.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate with clients.
• Continuously learn from senior team members.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads platform.
• Experience creating social‑media content.
• Ability to record and edit short videos for major platforms.
• Understanding of Reels format and current social trends.
• Good command of Serbian and English.
