General Affairs Specialist – Part‑time (Belgrade)

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a part‑time General Affairs Specialist to support daily operations of its General Administration department in Belgrade. The role will ensure an organized, efficient office environment and provide administrative support across the Adriatic region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Process internal administrative tasks and payment requests using Hikvision’s internal OA system.
• Prepare, submit, and track administrative documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Support office procurement, facility management, and general administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, and other operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medium or large international company.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, reliable attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
