German Customer Care Specialist

About the role

As a German Customer Care Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for German‑speaking customers, delivering fast, accurate and courteous assistance across phone, email and live‑chat. You will help maintain high customer satisfaction while representing TaskUs’s People‑First culture.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, resolving issues efficiently.
• Research and provide accurate information using internal and external resources.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Escalate priority or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Identify emerging trends and communicate patterns to improve processes.
• Adhere to established KPIs, quality guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to share knowledge and resolve complex cases.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented, open to feedback and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Apple OS.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Google Workspace applications.
