Global Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/x)

About the role

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for international markets, working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders. You will bring a data‑driven, strategic mindset and leverage innovative AI‑powered tools to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure in alignment with HR Business Partners.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract professionals and leadership talent.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders at all levels, providing market insights and recruitment advice.
• Analyze recruitment KPIs, derive actionable measures and continuously improve processes.
• Utilise modern platforms, AI tools and digital solutions for sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Zumtobel Group’s visibility as an attractive employer.
• Stay ahead of market trends and integrate innovative approaches into the recruiting strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on recruiting experience (agency or in‑house).
• Proven ability in direct sourcing, active candidate engagement and confident interviewing.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with stakeholders through empathy and clarity.
• Fluent in Serbian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered recruiting tools and platforms.
• Experience using Canva for employer branding materials.
