Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer works within the Brand and Creative team to develop and execute visual assets that reflect Qure's brand identity across digital and offline channels. This is a mid‑level position for a designer with strong fundamentals and production experience who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt marketing and campaign materials, including packaging, print‑ready artwork, social media, website and e‑commerce assets.
• Support presentations, product launches, and other brand collateral.
• Prepare design files for production, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpoints.
• Manage your own workload across multiple projects, prioritising and delivering within agreed deadlines.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team, flagging issues or questions proactively.
• Provide general creative support, including photo retouching, as needed.

Required profile

• Around 3+ years of design experience; portfolio and independence are valued over exact tenure.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma.
• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition) and sharp attention to detail.
• Experience preparing files for print and packaging production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
