Growth Manager (E-Commerce)

About the role

Donnerberg is building a new e‑commerce ecosystem to drive future growth. As Growth Manager, you will be the strategic hub for all online sales channels, shaping priorities, monitoring performance and aligning internal teams with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define the e‑commerce strategy, set priorities and KPIs.
• Analyse performance of all sales channels and make data‑driven decisions.
• Coordinate external partners and oversee development of the webshop and marketplace channels.
• Monitor profitability, identify growth opportunities and optimise processes.
• Plan new projects, report regularly to management and propose initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of modern e‑commerce systems.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to set priorities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or teams.
• Ownership of results and long‑term system development.

Required skills

• Amazon marketplace management (DE, IT, FR, ES).
• Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads.
• SEO/GEO optimisation.
• Affiliate marketing.
• Data analysis, KPI tracking and profitability optimisation.
