Head of Global Supply Chain Strategy & Development

About the role

Our client, a globally recognized luxury jewelry company, is seeking an experienced Head of Global Supply Chain Strategy & Development to lead the strategic direction and transformation of its worldwide supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Drive continuous development and transformation of supply chain processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic projects that enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance.
• Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives and capital investment projects across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic supply chain topics.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Technology teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree advantageous).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, program management, operational excellence, or supply chain transformation.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, complex international projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and cross‑functional operations.
• Fluency in English.
