HOS Monitoring Specialist

About the role

The HOS Monitoring Specialist will work on-site in Kragujevac, ensuring drivers comply with Hours of Service regulations in real time. This full‑time position supports safe, reliable, and cost‑effective transportation by monitoring telematics and dispatch data.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor driver HOS compliance using dedicated platforms and real‑time alerts.
• Analyze telematics and dispatch information to identify potential violations.
• Communicate promptly with drivers and dispatch teams to prevent or resolve issues.
• Prepare and document incident reports and compliance records.
• Support customer service with accurate information on driver status.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics colleagues to improve safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong system‑monitoring experience with HOS, telematics, and dispatch tools.
• Solid analytical and research abilities to interpret data and spot trends.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with drivers and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Knowledge of HOS regulations and basic safety/compliance standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kragujevac, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard office software, spreadsheets, email, and reporting tools.
