Hospital Sales Specialist – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Hospital Sales Specialist to drive commercial success of a breakthrough therapy portfolio across Europe. The role will focus on building relationships with hospital decision‑makers, presenting clinical and health‑economic data, and delivering compliant, insight‑driven engagements both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned European territory, identifying and developing high‑value interactions with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed territory business plans aligned with forecasted objectives and budget.
• Leverage data analytics and insights to optimise targeting, segmentation and resource allocation.
• Present clinical, health‑economic and value‑based data to formulary committees, clinical teams and key opinion leaders.
• Provide educational support on safe and effective product use to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines while using approved materials.
• Utilise Veeva CRM and associated digital tools for territory planning, account management and hybrid engagement.

Required profile

• Proven success promoting multiple or complex products within hospital and secondary‑care settings.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills tailored to complex hospital environments.
• Excellent analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared business goals.
• Motivated, accountable and results‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
