HR Administrator

About the role

The HR Administrator provides essential support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate data management, and compliance. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver a seamless HR experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including contracts, offer letters, interview scheduling, and new‑hire administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in line with company policies and data‑privacy regulations.
• Administer HR systems (SuccessFactors and other platforms), ensure data integrity, and support process improvements.
• Provide payroll administration support, prepare payroll inputs, generate reports, and liaise with payroll stakeholders.
• Produce regular HR metrics, KPI reports, and workforce analyses for business decision‑making.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering professional support to employees and managers.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, employee development, and off‑boarding processes.
• Assist with workforce planning, benefits administration, health examinations, and other HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑focused approach.
