Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR operations, with a particular focus on learning and development. The role will work closely with department managers to drive employee growth and ensure training initiatives align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with department managers to identify training and development needs across the organization.
• Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Organize activities, training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
• Maintain training records, track employee development progress, and prepare related reports.
• Participate in HR projects related to employee development, talent growth, and organizational capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in Serbian and good command of English.
