Human Resources Specialist – Total Rewards

About the role

Join the global HR team at Kuehne+Nagel as a Total Rewards Specialist. You will support the administration and coordination of worldwide compensation and benefits projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate recurring Total Rewards processes.
• Support design, testing and implementation of automation solutions, data workflows and reporting tools.
• Monitor automated processes, investigate issues and support ongoing enhancements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guidelines and procedures for consistent, compliant execution.
• Resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries promptly, using feedback to improve user experience.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with large data volumes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience or strong interest in data‑visualisation and workflow automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL.
