Immigration Support Specialist (French Speaking)

About the role

The Immigration Support Specialist provides end‑to‑end management of visa cases for multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while delivering exceptional client service. This position works closely with a team in a hybrid work environment and requires fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of visa cases: initiate, review, advise, prepare, submit, track, and close cases.
• Actively listen to client needs, anticipate requests, and provide proactive advice.
• Stay updated on immigration regulations and communicate relevant changes to clients.
• Collect, verify, and upload client documents, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain secure client records and protect personal identifiable information.
• Assist with billing processes, review invoices, and serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries.
• Use Authorization of Service Forms and ensure client information matches official documents.

Required profile

• Graduate‑level degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client‑service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle high volumes, and solve problems efficiently.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficient writing and email skills.
