Inside Sales Executive – Autodesk Solutions

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will drive growth of the Autodesk business within TD SYNNEX’s portfolio across the Western Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro). The role focuses on generating new pipeline, engaging customers and partners, and delivering a high level of satisfaction while supporting overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and proactive outreach to create new business opportunities.
• Engage customers in conversations about Autodesk solutions, understand requirements and present TD SYNNEX value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners through account planning, cross‑selling and regular follow‑up.
• Identify project opportunities and involve specialists when deeper product or vendor expertise is needed.
• Manage back‑order expectations, reporting and service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to develop and qualify Autodesk pipeline.
• Provide partners with quotations, pricing, promotions and cross‑selling support.
• Align target accounts and actions with partners and internal sales teams to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving targets.
• Understanding of the sales process and effective communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Serbian.
