Inside Sales Manager – Hybrid (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team within the Telecom & Technology division of NCR Atleos in Belgrade. The role combines people leadership with commercial ownership of customer projects, renewals, upsell opportunities and new‑customer onboarding, working closely with Sales, Services, Finance and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team, set priorities and ensure balanced workload and coverage.
• Oversee execution of active projects, renewals, upsell and smaller sales opportunities, guaranteeing clear ownership and timely follow‑through.
• Maintain commercial discipline by ensuring accurate Salesforce opportunity data, timely renewal engagement and quoting.
• Act as escalation point for customer and cross‑functional issues such as purchase orders, billing, contracts and approvals.
• Partner with Sales, CMO/Services, Finance, Billing and Legal to align priorities and resolve blockers.
• Identify recurring process gaps, design practical solutions and implement repeatable operating practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years in inside sales, account management, sales operations or a similar B2B customer‑facing role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading people or managing a commercial/customer‑facing function.
• Proven track record of managing renewals, quoting and upsell activities.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and cross‑functional influence.
