Integration Project Manager – Digital Banking SaaS

About the role

Candescent is looking for an Integration Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large, high‑complexity transformation programs for financial institutions using its modern SaaS platform. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensure alignment between partners and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, managing timelines, risks, documentation and stakeholder communication through status calls, dashboards and reports.
• Establish and maintain integrations such as SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services and future integration types.
• Coordinate the Marketplace onboarding lifecycle, ensuring each phase (Apply, Assess, etc.) aligns with project readiness.
• Work with integration QA resources to stay current on integration and extensibility best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements, updating templates, documentation and workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track dependencies and escalate risks that could impact timelines.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance predictive accuracy, efficiency and overall project quality.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex, customer‑facing technology projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, document scope, status and blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong influencing skills.
