Integration Project Manager – SaaS FinTech

About the role

The Integration Project Manager is responsible for driving successful outcomes across medium‑large‑scale, high‑complexity client transformation programs. This role leads complex programs, proactively influences stakeholders, and applies governance practices to ensure clients realize meaningful digital banking and operational improvements through Candescent’s modern SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end project execution, managing timelines, risk, documentation, and stakeholder alignment through status calls, project plans, dashboards and summaries.
• Establish and update integrations such as SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services and other standard integration types as the portfolio expands.
• Engage with the Marketplace onboarding lifecycle, understanding how each phase impacts project readiness and timelines.
• Collaborate with integration QA resources to stay current on integration and extensibility technologies and best practices.
• Recommend and draft refinements to templates, documentation and workflows to improve consistency, efficiency and partner experience.
• Track project dependencies with cross‑functional teams and escalate risks that could impact timelines.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of related experience.
• Proven cross‑functional, end‑to‑end coordination skills for customer‑facing projects, including documentation of scope, status and blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and listening skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project‑management tools.
• Ability to quickly learn financial‑services concepts, integration and extensibility concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting and organizational abilities.
