About the role
This internship supports the preparation and coordination of RFP and RFI deliverables within Syneos Health’s proposal team. You will assist with entry‑level proposal activities, data handling, and administrative tasks while working closely with subject‑matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and coordination of RFP and RFI deliverables.
- Perform entry‑level proposal support activities.
- Assist with sourcing and generating Investigator Grant cost estimates and vendor quotations.
- Handle data and reporting for the therapeutic area experience database.
- Manage documents, collect data, and perform administrative tasks related to proposal development.
- Collaborate with proposal team members to ensure timely delivery of customer‑facing work.
