International Voice Process Executive – Client Coordination

About the role

GenSigma is seeking an International Voice Process Executive to manage client communications and coordination. The role focuses on building professional relationships with international clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless interaction with internal teams. This position does not involve sales or cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regular voice interactions with international clients via calls and virtual meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, documenting requirements and action items.
• Communicate client needs clearly to internal technical and operations teams.
• Conduct follow‑ups on client requests, commitments, and pending activities.
• Maintain communication trackers and ensure timely updates to clients.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in international voice process, customer support, or client services.
• Excellent spoken English with strong listening, questioning, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client conversations and priorities.
• Experience working with US or other international customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Working knowledge of Outlook.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
