About the role

The company is seeking an Electrical Engineer – Designer to develop and manage project‑technical documentation for electrical engineering projects both locally and internationally. The role involves creating detailed 3D models, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical support to operational units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare project‑technical documentation for all phases of electrical engineering projects.
• Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings at various levels of detail.
• Coordinate work of internal and external specialists from different disciplines.
• Analyze project documents and 3D models to gather preliminary data and propose alternative solutions.
• Support and advise operational units on design matters.
• Execute projects independently or within a team in Belgrade or in collaboration with international locations.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering (or related technical school) – considered an advantage.
• Experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Willingness to work in a team, in an international environment, and to travel domestically and abroad.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Active experience with Revit (significant advantage).
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German language knowledge is a plus.
