IoT Quality Lead – End‑to‑End Testing & Strategy

About the role

You will define and drive the end‑to‑end quality strategy for a connected digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple teams, systems and partners. You will own the quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and document E2E testing scope, quality KPIs and expectations aligned with business and technical goals.
• Coordinate testing across internal teams and external vendors, consolidating results into a single quality view.
• Lead hands‑on E2E testing involving physical devices and define pragmatic testing approaches combining manual, scenario‑based and lab testing.
• Drive automation roadmap, manage device and equipment allocation for labs, and embed quality‑by‑design from early product phases.
• Support release decisions with risk assessments and ensure IT security and compliance are integrated.

Required profile

• Strong experience in end‑to‑end quality and testing for complex, distributed systems.
• Background with IoT, cloud platforms, mobile applications and backend services.
• Hands‑on experience with connected devices and hardware‑dependent digital products.
• Excellent coordination, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
