Junior Due Diligence Officer

About the role

Broadridge is hiring a Junior Due Diligence Officer in Belgrade to support the assessment of client due diligence cases. The role covers First Line Assessments (FLA), helps ensure accurate data collection and validation, and prepares cases for further review, contributing to high-quality records and compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements. The position is listed as hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Perform First Line Assessment (FLA) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as needed for due diligence cases
• Review due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for completeness and consistency
• Validate data against internal systems and public sources
• Collect, organize and maintain required documentation and accurate case records
• Perform basic AML/KYC checks, including sanctions screening, UBO review and validation activities
• Prepare cases for further assessment and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders under supervision, following established SOPs and workflows

Required profile

• High school diploma required; university degree preferred
• 0-1 year of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data quality
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Working proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus

Required skills

• Basic understanding of AML/KYC concepts preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
