About the role

Join Clariness as a Junior WordPress Developer and become part of a creative team that builds and maintains responsive WordPress sites. You will work closely with designers and cross‑functional colleagues to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that support global clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites using Elementor and standard development tools.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect pages.
• Build reusable components with Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Ensure multilingual sites meet translation, quality, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot layout, styling, functionality, and content issues following WordPress best practices.
• Support customisations, integrations, and ongoing technical improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for website updates and development activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Hands‑on experience building responsive sites with Elementor.
• Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Ability to translate Figma designs accurately.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
